“In loving memory of Alison Southgate, the family regret to inform you of their passing on 11th January 2024.

The funeral service will be held at Parndon Wood Crematorium, Parndon Wood Road, Harlow, CM19 4SF on the 7th February 2024 at 13.30. 


The funeral procession will be leaving from 260 Barn Mead, Harlow, CM18 6SU and we ask that anyone wanting to follow the procession, please arrive between 12.15 and 13.00. Those family members who will be travelling in cars, please arrive no later than 12.15. 


We have asked that instead of flowers, donations be made to a choice of three charities chosen by mum being Macmillan’s, Maggie’s or to Soot Wong who runs a dog rescue centre in Thailand. All of which,  mum donated to regularly. I will be adding a links shortly, where donations can be made directly or a donation box will be available at the end of the service.


Following the service, we will have a small, intimate reception at The Shark Public House, Hobtoe Road, Harlow, Essex, CM20 1TH which you are all invited to.


As parking may be difficult in Barn Mead, it is suggested that any family members who have been invited to travel in the limousines, maybe park their cars at the pub and then make their way to my house as the funeral cars will be taking us directly from the service to the pub.
